Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update: 3.19.2020

Amid growing concerns about coronavirus (COVID-19), we are taking extra precautions to keep our staff and members healthy. We have added hand sanitizing stations to each branch and are asking staff to take added measures to keep their hands and workstations clean, which may include excusing themselves to wash their hands between members. We will discontinue food sharing (such as popcorn, doughnuts, and coffee) at our branches until further notice. Additionally, we are having our branches Germ Blasted periodically in an abundance of caution against the spread of COVID-19.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is advising the public to stay home when sick and avoid close contact with people who are sick. For these reasons, we ask that if you need to visit a branch you use the drive-thru instead of the lobby. If you’re sick, or to avoid potential contact with people who may be sick, consider alternatives to visiting our branches at this time. Here are a few suggestions:

  • Use Online Banking. It’s a free and easy way to check you balances, transfer funds, make loan payments, and more, from your desktop or mobile device 24 hours a day. With the ALLIANCE Mobile App, you can even electronically deposit checks.
  • Use our ATMs. We have ATMs at each branch, where you can withdraw cash, transfer funds, make loan payments, and make cash or check deposits. Transactions are posted the following business day. You can find ATM locations on our website, or through the ALLIANCE Mobile App. If you have Performance Checking, you can receive unlimited ATM refunds nationwide.
  • Call us at 806.798.5554. Our eSolutions Department can handle nearly every banking need you might have or transfer you to someone who can.
  • Use Telephone Banking. If you’d prefer not to use Online Banking, Telephone Banking is also an option to check balances, transfer funds, and make loan payments. Give us a call at 806.798.5554 and we’ll get you set up.

Additionally, though we recognize the need for some members to wear protective devices such as masks, for the safety and security of our staff and members, masks must be removed in all ALLIANCE lobbies. If you would prefer to wear a mask, please receive assistance from our drive-thru.
