Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update: DRIVE-THRU'S REMAIN OPEN

In light of the global COVID-19 pandemic and Governor Abbott's latest proclamation, ALLIANCE has made the very difficult but necessary decision to close our lobbies effective March 20, 2020 and until further notice. All regular teller transactions will be performed through our drive-thru's.


ALLIANCE lobbies will be available by appointment for certain services, effective March 20, 2020 and until further notice. Appointment examples include certain loan signings, certificates of deposit and IRA Transactions.


We’d like to remind you of these banking alternatives:

  • Use Online Banking. It’s a free and easy way to check you balances, transfer funds, make loan payments, and more, from your desktop or mobile device 24 hours a day. With the ALLIANCE Mobile App, you can even electronically deposit checks.
  • Use our ATMs. We have ATMs at each branch, where you can withdraw cash, transfer funds, make loan payments, and make cash or check deposits. Transactions are posted the following business day. You can find ATM locations on our website, or through the ALLIANCE Mobile App. If you have Performance Checking, you can receive unlimited ATM refunds nationwide.
  • Call us at 806.798.5554. Our eSolutions Department can handle nearly every banking need you might have or transfer you to someone who can.
  • Use Telephone Banking. If you’d prefer not to use Online Banking, Telephone Banking is also an option to check balances, transfer funds, and make loan payments. Give us a call at 806.798.5554 and we’ll get you set up.
