NOTICE TO MEMBERS
As part of a planned upgrade, ALLIANCE will be adding a new top-of-the-line server to our IT infrastructure that will provide superior service to meet all your banking needs, now and in the future. The installation of this server will occur on Saturday, October 16, 2021 beginning at 2:00 pm.
While we bring the new server online, our core banking system will go offline. This means that while you will be able to make purchases and use your money as you normally would, Online and Mobile Banking will be offline until the installation is complete. We are sending you this notice as early as possible so that you can plan in advance and prepare for this outage.
Server installation will begin at 2:00 pm on Saturday, October 16th, and will be completed no later than 7:30 am on Monday, October 18th.
Account security is our highest priority. The installation of this new server will in no way impact your ability to use your accounts for day-to-day transactions, nor will it in any way expose your personal or financial information to vulnerability. However, the following services will be unavailable until the server installation is complete: Online and Mobile Banking, ALLIANCE Credit Union ATM/ITMs, Phone Banking. Please be assured that your accounts are safe at ALLIANCE.
