Lost or Stolen Cards

This is a stressful time, but don't panic. Contact us immediately and make sure you put a freeze on your card through our mobile app or online banking.

  • As soon as you notice your card is missing, call our E-Solutions Representatives at 806.798.5554 or 800.687.4328 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday
  • Any other time, call 800.682.6075 to block your card from being used
