LOST OR STOLEN CARDS

As soon as you’re aware that your credit card or ATM card has been lost or stolen, contact ACU Card Services at 806.798.5554 or 800.687.4328 during regular business hours. M-F 9 am to 5 pm.  Members can also block their card from the mobile app.

Or, visit any Alliance CU branch during regular office hours. For after-hours inquiries, call the following number to block your card from being used, and then contact Card Services the next day during regular business hours.

When a card is reported lost or stolen, a replacement card is issued upon request and received within seven to ten business days. A written report isn’t necessary unless there are fraudulent charges. If fraud is involved, our Card Service Representatives will advise you how to file a claim to correct your account.

If you find fraudulent charges have been made with your Visa credit card, notify us immediately. Consult the back of your Visa statement for further information.

What is a PIN (Personal Identification Number)?

A PIN is a number that you use to access electronic services. It’s a secret password only you should know. For security, don’t share your PIN with anyone. Do not write it on your checkbook, Debit Card, or ATM Card. No one at ACU knows your PIN and no one will ask you for it.

WHY DO I NEED A PIN?

You need your ACU PIN for the following:

  • Debit Card/ATM transactions at ATM's or point-of-sale (POS) locations
  • Access to your accounts using Telephone Teller System

May I select my own PIN?

For security reasons, PINs are generated by ACU. Members can select their own PIN by coming to the Main Branch (8401 Quaker Ave), Northwest (1008 Frankford Ave) or Central Branch (2220 34th Street) and having it changed securely. When selecting a new PIN, it is best not to use any personal information (ssn, birthday, anniversary, etc.) that can be easily guessed or obtained.

What if I lose or forget my PIN?

If you have forgotten your pin, you may call member services at 806-798-5554 to have your pin number regenerated and mailed to you. You may also visit our Main Branch (8401 Quaker Ave), Northwest (1008 Frankford Ave) or Central Branch (2220 34th Street), where a member services representative can re-pin your card for you. Please be advised that any other debit card(s) on the account will need to be re-pined as well.
