Jess is a committed business development professional with a strong foundation in financial services and over a decade of experience in talent management and development. A graduate of the University of the Incarnate Word, Jess also earned a Certificate in Women in Leadership from Cornell University, further deepening her commitment to empowering others and driving organizational growth.
She began her career as a mortgage loan officer, where she developed a passion for helping individuals navigate their home loan goals and build relationships. This experience paved the way for her transition into talent management, where she spent over a decade in designing learning strategies, developing employee’s, and supporting workforce performance.
Deeply committed to her community, Jess is actively involved in several nonprofit organizations across Boerne and San Antonio, contributing her time and expertise to initiatives that support local growth, agriculture, and well-being.
