  • Secure Chat: You can request that an ALLIANCE representative send you a secure link where your messages will be encrypted. You can send personal messages and know that the conversation is completly confidential. 
  • Video Messaging: If you prefer face-to-face but don't want to come in, you can request to talk to one of our representatives through video chat. This is another way to have a confidential conversation with a more personal feel.
