The Bits Of Stock
Program has Ended
ALLIANCE Credit Union’s Bits of Stock Stock Rewards program has been discontinued.
ALLIANCE Credit Union’s Bits of Stock Stock Rewards program has been discontinued.
As previously communicated, members had access to the Bits of Stock platform through 5:00 p.m. Central Time on September 18, 2026 to review their account and, if desired, sell their investments and withdraw available settled funds.
Member access to the Bits of Stock platform has now ended.
What Happens Next?
If you still had investments or funds remaining in your Bits of Stock account when access ended, no additional action is required from you at this time. Bits of Stock is completing the wind-down of remaining member accounts, including:
- Liquidating any investments that remained in member accounts after the access period ended.
- Allowing applicable transactions to complete the required settlement process.
- Reconciling each member’s account and final balance.
- Providing ALLIANCE Credit Union with the funds and member-level information necessary to distribute remaining balances.
Once ALLIANCE receives and verifies the final reconciliation from Bits of Stock, any funds due to you will be deposited into your applicable ALLIANCE Credit Union account.
Do I need to
do anything?
NO ACTION IS REQUIRED AT THIS TIME.
If funds remain due to you, ALLIANCE Credit Union will distribute those funds after we receive and verify the final reconciliation from Bits of Stock.
We understand that the discontinuation of this program may create questions, and we appreciate your patience while the final account reconciliation and distribution process is completed.
IMPORTANT REMINDER
Your ALLIANCE Credit Union accounts and services remain unchanged. The wind-down applies only to the Bits of Stock Stock Rewards program.
When Will I Receive My Funds?
Bits of Stock is expected to complete the liquidation and transfer of remaining member funds to ALLIANCE as part of the final wind-down process.
Before funds can be distributed, ALLIANCE must receive the final member-level reconciliation and verify that the amount received matches the amount owed to each member.
You do not need to contact ALLIANCE or Bits of Stock to request your distribution. Funds will be distributed once the reconciliation process is complete.
What If I Sold My Investments Before September 18?
If you sold your investments and successfully transferred your available settled proceeds to your linked ALLIANCE account before access ended, no further action is required.
If a balance remained in your Bits of Stock account after the cutoff, that remaining amount will be included in the final reconciliation and distribution process.
Is My ALLIANCE Credit Union Account Affected?
No.
The discontinuation of Bits of Stock does not affect your ALLIANCE Credit Union membership, checking account, debit card, online banking, mobile banking, or other ALLIANCE products and services.
Only the Bits of Stock Stock Rewards program and associated investment platform have been discontinued.
Can I Still Log In to Bits of Stock?
No. Member access to the Bits of Stock platform ended at 5:00 p.m. Central Time on September 18, 2026.
Because the platform is no longer available to members, you will not be able to log in to view, sell, or transfer investments through Bits of Stock.
Any remaining account balance is now being handled through the final liquidation and reconciliation process.
What About Statements and Tax Documents?
Bits of Stock remains responsible for providing applicable account records, statements, and tax documentation associated with activity in your Bits of Stock investment account.
Please retain any Bits of Stock statements or records you previously downloaded for your files.
